LBeansy, Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

This appears to be a item caching issue, the internal item cache is supposed to be updated after each list but after closer inspection I discovered that the item cache is being updated with stale data.

Due to an issue with my CDN I am being forced to re-release 1617 as 1618, I will add this fix into the update.
