i am moderator on this message board.
part of this duty includes setting up RULES which
ALL users must follow, even "potential customers".
one of these RULES is regarding posting support questions.
that thread have been parked very clearly. and
EVERYBODY who post here must have read it. if not, i or other moderators, direct that user's attention toward it.
now if you have problems following such very clear rules, i'm sorry but there is nothing we can do to help you.
and i expect public appology from you. what you said was totally uncalled for.
