I'm not sure what you mean about bail.
Bail is when you get arrested, if a judge agrees, instead of you waiting in jail until your trial starts, you can pay some money with the promise that you will come back when it's time for the trial. If a judge doesn't consider you a danger to a society and not a significant risk to run away, they'll let you pay bail.
If somebody is actually sentenced, they can't pay money to be released earlier. They could be released earlier for good behavior and if they showed that they changed from a person they used to be and rehabilitated.
