Default Help with pc-pc ftping

i need help creating a ftp connection between my 2 pcs. They are both connected to the same router. But I am unsure how to acquire the ip/username/pass needed to access the computer i am trying to ftp into. Can anyone help me?

one of your computers have to be running ftp server.
another computer will be running ftp client(flashfxp).
once you have ftp server running, you'll be able to configure username/password and other info related to it.

just like you run any other application..
download it, install it, run it.
quick search on google will show you many different windows ftp servers
or you can try Inicom's own ioftpd server
