Default Office 2003 being used as primary file editor?

I am unsure of how to make FlashFXP takeover file editing or viewing of HTML files when I'm using the FTP portion of the program. I tried using file associations but that did not work. Is there a better way of doing this?

The method you described worked for me... Perhaps you could post the settings you're using?

Open My Computer, and select Options from the View menu (or the Tools menu in Windows Me/2000/XP).
Click on the File Types tab

instead of "associating" files to run, you should EDIT them.
help file explains how to do it.
