Default Remove Backup Copy of FlashFXP

G'day!

It's annoying me that I have two entries for FlashFXP in my Add/Remove Programs List, as well as my Start>Programs list!

I went to Remove the older version in Add/Remove programs but the path was for the latest version (in Program Files) instead of from the Backup folder within the FlashFXP directory.

Am I making sense here guys?

Can anyone tell me how to safely remove the Backup (older) version? I'm guessing it needs to be uninstalled, not just deleting the Backup folder?!!

Thanks heaps for any help!

Leanne :-)

1st, make sure you have backup of your sites and settings.

i'm not exactly sure of your situation, so i'll go w/ what i understood.
once you uninstall flashfxp, try to uninstall that 2nd entry in add/remove programs. you'll probably be able to remove it. if not, then try to re-install flashfxp into that same backup folder and uninstall both entries.
if that doesn't work, plain registry editing will do the trick
