Default Help with FlashFXP

Hey guys,
I recently purchased a new HDD for my xbox. I use ftp to transfer files and install games and movies, however, due to limited space that an original xbox comes with i needed to get a new HD. Yesterday i installed it and did all the things i needed to do and i tried to ftp into it using flashfxp (and later IE) with no luck. It shows all six partitions as being empty and it will not allow me to create any folders, transfer any files, or show me that there are files in those folders (i know that because i was able to successfuly run a program that was installed onto the new hd through HD cloning) Here is what FlashFXP says when i try to transfer a file: [R] MKD /C/XBMC
[R] 550 Can't create directory: Operation not permitted
[R] CWD /C/XBMC
[R] 550 Can't change directory to /C/XBMC: No such file or directory

If i try to create a folder it says the following:
[R] MKD XBMC
[R] 550 Can't create directory: Operation not permitted
[R] PWD
[R] 257 "/C" is your current location
[R] PASV
[R] 227 Entering Passive Mode (192,168,2,6,158,10)
[R] Opening data connection IP: 192.168.2.6 PORT: 40458
[R] LIST -al
[R] 150 Accepted data connection
[R] 226-Options: -a -l
[R] 226 0 matches total
[R] List Complete: 0 bytes in 0.22 seconds (0.0 KB/s)

If anybody has any thoughts on the subject please let me know.
Thanks
