Default Router problem

Hi,

I have forwarded my ports on my router buy i'm still getting the following error message..

[R] 501- ==YOU'RE BEHIND A NAT ROUTER==
[R] 501- Configure the firewall settings of your FTP client
[R] 501- to use your real IP: ***.***.***.**
[R] 501- And set up port forwarding in your router.
[R] 501- Or you can just use a PRET capable client, see
[R] 501 http://drftpd.org/ for PRET capable clients
[R] List Error

my ports are forwarded to 21, any idea why i'm still getting the above message??

thanks.

P.S i'm using FLASHFXP version 3.4.0 build (1145) trial version.

Default

you forwarded wrong ports.
port 21 is a control connection on the server side.
you need to forward data connection range.

F6, Connection, Data Connection. pick a port range there and then forward those same ports in your router.
