Default Auto download new files?

Question--

Does anyone know if it's possible to script FlashFXP to log on to the same FTP every morning at 4am and download everything that wasn't there the previous night? If so, how would I go about doing that?

It's more complicated than that though, because I don't keep a mirror of the content on my hard drive. Rather than have it cross reference the parent directory with my local side, I just want to be able to tell Flash FXP to download any directories/files that have been added to the FTP in the last 24 hours.
