Unhappy No reply
6 times i have tried to recover my password to get my FlashFXP key when i log in. No reply have come to my mailbox. 2 times i have used the contact form to ask for help about this issue, no reply at all.

This has been some weeks ago.

I have my own domain, running my own mail server, have checked 100 times if the mail have been routed to my banned list.

What shall i do to get my information? Is there noone who answers recuests like this?

Go to customer portal - My FlashFXP key...

It can be easily recovered by yourself, guy.

I know i can recover my FlashFXP key myself, but alas, i have forgotten the password and i have tried to recover it several times, through the password recovery page AND via the support form page.

The problem is, i get NO feedback.

I had the sane problem for several weeks tried our corporate server and gmail still no email. Gave it a try yesterday and guess what I managed to activate my account.

you should receive a response within 48 hours if you email via the contact us links. if you don't receive a reply, you can PM either myself or seome on this board.
