putting all these exclamation and question marks will not get you help any faster and if anything will annoying people so they'll be less willing to help you.
what "administrator" did you send message?
are you talking about joining beta test? if so read this url a few times and see if you can understand what you did wrong here http://www.inicom.net/forum/showpost...39&postcount=2

being a beta tester isn't an implicit right of registered users.
