I'd like to know how to modify the default Site Manager store folder path.

An easy way to do this is to open a command prompt to the location your FlashFXP setup.exe file is and run the following, replacing MyFiles with the folder location you want to use.

FlashFXP_Setup.exe -s -var:"DataTo=C:\MyFiles" -var:"AllUser=Yes"

If you have existing data files add the following to the above command.
-var:"DataFrom=C:\MyOldDataLocation"

Alternatively you can run the setup.exe file, uninstall and then reinstall FlashFXP using the GUI and selecting the Advanced/Custom option.
