Default Prevent the theft of password?

There are many trojans that stoles passwords from ftp-clients (Far, Total Commander etc.)
Does "Site-Security-Set Password" prevent it?

By setting the application password all data files are encrypted using strong AES encryption, If someone did manage to get a copy of your data files they would need to know your password to decrypt and access the site data.

It would take months if not years to break the AES encryption using brute force.

The password isn't encrypted, its used as part of the hash key to encrypt the data, you'll be prompted to enter the password each and every time you start FlashFXP.
