Default Synchronized Browsing Problem

I restore my configuration from 3.6 to 4.0 [1510] there comes a problem

When a use Ctrl+A to select all the local files and folders and then Ctrl+T to transfer it . The FlashFXP seems automatic skip the files in "images" folder (only transfer the folder itself)

BUT , if I use the mouse to select them or close the synchronized browsing function , it works well.

does anybody knows why?

I conducted several tests and I can't seem to reproduce this issue.

Are there any special steps required that might of been overlooked?
can you repeat this problem every time?
