Cool turn off local broswer window

Hi,
I'm coming from a mac background and would like only have my remote window. I want to drag and drop items from the finder directly to the remote window.
Is this possible?
Many thanks.

Currently we don't support this type of interface.

Though it might be possible for future versions.

The biggest obstacle would be to allowing drag from FlashFXP into a local explorer window, as this would require a windows shell extension (32bit and 64bit) for handling the drop operation. This most likely wouldn't be compatible with our portable editions, as I believe administrative permissions are required to register a shell extension such as this.

You can have a single connection layout (but still have two window panes)

Do the following.

Click View > Single Connection layout

You can drag and drop from Local (anywhere in your PC) to remote but the opposite is not possible like Bigstar says.

However drag and drop works both ways just fine within the two windows of Flashfxp, which is very useful in comparison, when you get use to it and the local window you can pretty much use like a "finder", its only missing a search option atm.

You will find not many windows FTP programs behave/look like in a MAC, at all.
