Default How do you enable PRET?

i'm using v 3.0.2 build 1044. i looked and looked but somewhere apparently i'm missing it. Where is the option to enable PRET?

ok, first off thx for your help. at first i was cussin you yellin at the monitor "what the &!@# you talkin bout automatic" but i opened flash opened the two sites selected my files clicked go and *TADA* it worked... i then stared at the screen dumbfounded b/c it had not been workin for 2 weeks approx.

So what was the difference?

transfering from left side to right side PRET dont work
transfering right side to left side PRET works just fine

wierd huh? is it just me or has anyone else noticed/experienced this?

I think PRET is automatically enabled for a site when it's mentionned in the reply to the FEAT command.
