Default Configuring FlashFXP to bypass Kerio firewall?

How exactly do I go about this? Because every time I try to connect to an FTP I get a "connection refused" message. My Kerio build is an older release (2.1.5) which doesn't have the many features the current release has, like right-clicking on the listed application to allow traffic. So my only viable option is to configure FlashFXP to bypass my firewall, but what settings do I have to change to make this happen?
