Default 425 Can't build data connection: Connection refused.

I run FlashFXP v3.1.5 build 1054 [BETA RELEASE] with
WinSock 2.0 -- OpenSSL 0.9.7e 25 Oct 2004
i'm behind a Dlink dl-714p+
using winXP

I try to connect to an ssl site using

Data Connection (Active Mode - PORT)

Limit Local Range Port, Force Active Mode to use this IP : http://iplookup.flashfxp.com

and Use this Ip only for non-21 ftp port and ssl/tsl connections

First try i could not even List the / directory, but i fix this porblem using STAT - L on eht option of the sitemanage instead of the List command and it work.

Now i can download anything because i still receiving this error
425 Can't build data connection: Connection refused.

hope you can help me.

did you forward that same port range in your router?
you must do this if you want to use PORT...otherwise switch to PASV.
