Default Bug resizing texteditor window

My configuration : W2K SP3 / 2.0 Build 880

I don't know if this bug comes from the texteditor itself, or the component used...

How to reproduce the bug :

-Open the texteditor with a lot of text in there (with a raw command to list a big dir for example)
-Scroll at the very bottom of the text
- Resize the texteditor window with the upper border to get the texteditor window smaller

You'll see that the bottom text is gone, and the scrollbar is still at the very bottom position

I hope my explanations are clear

This is either a problem in the Borland Delphi Visual Class Library or a problem with the Windows Richedit control.

This problem was brought up in the past and I attempted to resolve it but failed. When resizing the window the scrollbar isn't adjusted properly. it shows the scrollbar at the bottom however that's not acurate after resizing the window.

Yes you're right !

I guess it's coming from the control, I already saw that in other applications... I wanted to be sure
