Default Filter question/suggestion

When the feature-lock is lifted i'd like an option in the Filters -> Skiplist tab.

Currently there is:

"Display skip list items in <color>"

would it be possible to add like:

"Hide skip list items"

?

I often download entire dirs from a huge shareware ftp but since i have no Solaris or FreeBSD needs i don't want to download those dirs. Actually i don't even want to see that they are in the dir. So if they could just be hidden it would be great

Thank you in advance

there is no way to tell ftpd not to list some dirs.
so even if flashfxp will hide those dirs, your downloads won't be any faster.

Default I know

I know the transfer won't be any faster though the queing will be a lot faster. Cause usually i just select all file in a dir and queue them. So if the filtered things were hidden they wouldn't be put in the queue....which would make it faster :-)

At the moment i have to select all..and then deselect the filtered ones...or i have to select all except for the filtered ones.

Hiding filtered items would make it faster to get the transfer going.

Should really just be a matter of not adding the filtered items to the listbox instead of giving them a color.

Thank you.

It sounds like you need to adjust your skiplist settings.

On the skiplist dialog

When to skip
[X] Both

When Both (manual transfers) is selected you will not be able to queue a item matching your skiplist even if it's selected. Default is only to skip on automatic transfers.
