Default Windows growing with each launch with WindowBlinds

Which applications are they?

If they are compressed using an EXE compressor then they will suffer from this
issue.

Some shareware developers do this to make apps look smaller etc.
Is that the case with FlashFX?

yes, flashfxp uses exe compression.
(but not to make it look smaller. it's just sensible thing to do. 5+mb vs 2mb exe.)

That's probably what it is, then. Can you try a test build without the compression so I can test it and see if it still does it? If it does, then perhaps you could release two versions, one larger WB-compatible version, and the smaller normal version.

well technically that's not correct, FlashFXP uses EXE protection but not resource compression. Which is completely different.

Which build of FlashFXP has a problem with window blinds?

All of them, as far as I can tell. Even the last non-beta build.

When FlashFXP is compiled with debug information and a detailed map the exe is 5.75mb. These exe's are not released to the public. The public releases are stripped down and half the size.
