Default Site Manager opens off screen.

If you make the Site Manager really tall and close it, FlashFXP remembers its size but not its position.

If you make the main FlashFXP window short and close to the top of the screen, then open the Site Manager again, the Site Manager will be pushed off the top of the screen because it is centered against the main FlashFXP window.

This was probably never discovered because most users use FlashFXP maximized.

ah yes. Thanks I'll add some code to switch the centering from the parent to the screen if the new window position is off screen.
