"FlashFXP Loader" Process??

I was noticing my computer having these huge lags, and checked the task manager, and saw that a process called "FlashFXP Loader" was taking up around 95% CPU Usage, along with the "FlashFXP" process which only had 5% while downloading.
I was just wondering what that is if it has anything to do with FlashFXP. I ended the process, and FlashFXP still kept transferring. I have no idea how that process ended up running. Anyone know what it is?

FlashFXP does not have a loader. The only executable file in your FlashFXP folder should be FlashFXP.exe.

I suspect you are using a tampered copy of FlashFXP. Delete all of the files in your FlashFXP folder and download FlashFXP directly from our website. http://www.flashfxp.com/download.php
