Default transfer files from local folders to same folders on remote machine

First hello to everyone!

Tried to search for this but came up with nothing.
I'm a web designer, and i have a site on my local machine. On the webserver, i have the exact same thing, file structure ect.
I have files that i need to update. (200plus) these files are each organized in their own folders.
I was wondering if there's a way to send the files from my machine to their corresponding folders on the server.
I really don't want to have to open the folder on my machine, then open the folder on the remote machine, repeat 200 times.
Is this at all possible?
Thanx for the help.
Keep up the great work on my favorite ftp app!

"syncronized browsing" or however else you want to call it is currently impossible in flashfxp.
what you can do is configure "when file exit" rules, queue parent dir and hit transfer. same files will be skiped, smaller/larger files will be prompted/overwriten.
