fxping to port 21 error

200 PORT Command successful.
STOR test.file
150 Opening BINARY mode data connection for test.file.
RETR test.file
425 Cannot open data connection.
ABOR
425 Can't open data connection.
225 ABOR command successful.
Transfer Failed!
TYPE A

WHenever i try to fxp to a ftp server on port 21 i get this error but if it was any other port i will go t hrough fine with no error. im behind a linksys router is there anyway to circumvent this problem. any help would be awesome thanks for your itme

for fxp to work on port 21, the conditions must be right. it can be a number of things causing it too fail, 1) of the top ones would be because its on port 21 and your behind a router
