Default File date compare, then leave or over write?

I need a script or something that will compare the files on the local machine to another machine by date, and if one file is newer, copy it to the other machine, if its the same skip it, and if it dosent exist, then copy it over...

any help would be greatly appreacited.

If you mean automatically... without you actually doing something (god forbid) ?

If so, I am not aware of a "script" for FlashFXP, you may either need to press a few buttons, or as you say, use another program.
