Dear Sir,

I have not been emailed my license codes to my purchasing paypal email
address (shivam@indianheart.com)

I paid just about 30 mins ago and have not received a reply from u but my
account has been subtracted by 25$ USD.

Please help and reply. I have emailed support, sales but no reply. i have proof of purchase with me if u need it (paypal invoice code)

PLEEASE SEND ME THE ACTIVATION code and member area password for my email account immediately. really need to get my shareware to full and access customer db.

your registration was sent to shivam@india-mail.net, which is the TRUE email you have registered with paypal Please check this address.

i HAVE NOT GOT THE EMAIL!!!

I realised my default id india-mail.net was down (site was down so had to set it up again) - domain was down....

PLEASE EMAIL ME AGAIN!!!!!!

Nevermind..just received it. thanks.

anyways i have a question i went to the CUSTOMER PORTAL, and to upgrade my license from 2.1 to 3 version but it wont accept my email address, xxxx-xx-xxx license or anything. does it take 48 hours to setup or something?

"We are sorry, but we didn't find any registration key matching the FlashFXP ID you entered. Make sure you have spelled it correctly and try again. Remember that if you are a new registered user, it will take at least 48 hours for your registration information to be stored in this database.

Thanks for using the key upgrade system." - is what i get.


ALSO, i need to change the name of the license holder from ...the NAME setup to MY NAME (the name setup is the credit card holder of the paypal account - my partner, and i need to set up the license in MY NAME - Shivam Parikh, not Sarla Samuel)

What do i do?

shivam, please be patient with us. the reason this is a release candidate and not a final is because we haven't yet finalized our new system. Your information hasn't been imported into the new system, but will be by this evening. If you have already upgraded to 3.0, you have 30 days to put in your new key. Please try again tonight or tomorrow.
