Default Connection Lost Problem

FlashFXP v2.1 Build 924
Registered User
id removed, enter it in your messageboard profile
On Win 2K
No firewall, no anti-virus
On Cable Modem

ftp.womenwhohunt.com UNIX server

________________________________________________

Error Reads as Follows:

LIST
150 Opening ASCII mode data connection for file list
Connection lost: womenwhohunt

________________________________________________

This problem ONLY occurs when I try to switch to ONE directory. Everything else works find, except for this one directory. It bombs when it tries to list. This is not a large directory (ie - 100 files or less and it logs fine to another directory with 6,000+ files). Once it bombs, will not reconnect. I have to relog on, and then log a few other directories before I try the 'bad one'. Then it works for a short while and boots me again. I've tried everything CHMOD, disabling PASV, etc. with no luck. Anyone have any ideas, I would sure appreciate it.

have u tried connect with another ftp client just to confirm its an error by flashfxp? cause maybe the server is misconfigured and the internal link to this dir is broken or something.

and if its flashfxp related u maybe should try and upgrade it to the latest built rc4 built 1010 as your version is pretty old

Default Other FTP

I am going to give that a try, but I am able to upload through html to that directory, no problem.

Also, the problem seems confined only to that directory. I have filed a trouble report with the service provider.
