Unhappy Can't resolve server name - Need help

Hi, I just installed the trial version of Flash FXP, which worked in the past from where I'm connecting. However, the last times I tried, I get the following error message:
"unable to resolve host: ftp.flothome.com"

As I said, I was able to FTP files to my website at flothome.com just a few weeks ago, and I'm sure the server, user name and password are correct so I'm very confused. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Err, I'm sorry but I can't understand a word of what you're saying... "Ping the host"?! I'm just a beginner with the website administration and stuff!
Could you please say that again with practical recommanded action steps?

Thanks for your time!

flo, it looks your dns-server is unable to resolve your IP. Quick fix is to add a entry in your local host-file (How is beyond the scope of this forum, see Windows Help). It resolves just fine from my end so chances are the dns will sort itself out.
