Default can this be done?

Can FlashFXP be configured like Bulletproof FTP where you can just flag up a bunch of folders to upload if necessary at the end of your transfer queue and the program automatically uploads as is necessary to download off ratio sites? Right now I'm manually moving uploads in between downloads to ensure that I have enough credit to download what I want.

No, FlashFXP was not designed to work with ratio sites.

Can this feature be implemented in a future release?

It does come in very handy every now and then.
