Default FTP communication blocked by Firewall

I just signed up with a web host and can not upload or download files using FlashFXP unless I turn off passive mode (which was required by my web host) and turn off my firewall.

I'd like to avoid having to turn off my firewall everytime I need to use FlashFXP. Is there a way to configure FlashFXP to be able to communicate through my Firewall (Sygate personal edition is the firewall I am currently using with Windows XP).

Thanks in advance,
Gus

Default

configure your firewall to forward some port range to your puter, and then specify those ports in ffxp
