Default Better Explorer Integration and D&D to folder in remote browser

It would be nice to have the ability to Drag & Drop:

- to Explorer from the remote browser
- from Explorer to the remote folder tree

As for the second item:

I think the file being dragged should be transfered to the directory which is being highlighted, rather than the current working directory (both ways, remote -> local, and local -> remote)

The reason this isn't already supported is because only one drag method can be active at any given time. The internal drag/drop uses a different method then windows explorer.

As for dropping inside the selected folder, This would have to be an option as most people are already used to the current behavior. I have put it on the suggeston list.

OK, just an idea...the other suggestion I made a while back was to have a "Download to destination..." option, which would be just as useful.
