Default Skip List per Site
I know this has been mentioned in a suggestion thread in the beta forum (A LONG TIME AGO) so I thought i would get this re-visited (unless it is already in the current beta and I can't find it???)

Anyway I would like to see skiplists based on individual sites that override the global skiplist.
