This sounds like a good idea. You can already get Flash to start in the tray by using the -tray parameter. However, an additional parameter such as -resume or something similar could be used to automatically open all crashed queues and resume with as many sessions as necessary (or -resume3 - resume at most 3 queues/sessions).
I believe something like would enhance the Crash Recovery. It's all very well having Crash Recovery, but the Crash Recovery currently only works with user intervention. It would be useful if it took this one step further and automatically recovered your transfers. E.g. when (note "when", not "if"...
) your computer crashes and then reboots (or power shortage, etc.) while you are away from your machine they would continue unhindered.
