Lightbulb SFTP support!
I was quite surprised that FlashFXP didn't support SFTP. Encryption these days matter - which is why many unix admins are disabling their ftp servers and doing everything via ssh. SSH is one awesome protocol!

I also would like to see SFTP implemented. There are clients out there that support both protocols, and if FlashFXP had it, I would purchase the software.

2) type "SFTP" in Search By Keyword
