Bug in site chown command

I find the problem with site chown command in beta5 (in beta4 all was ok)
When I want do:
site change xxx:xxx dir_name

then server says:
501 'SITE CHOWN': Not enough parameters.

But if I run this same command with -R (recursive) all is OK, but sometimes I dont want change owner in all subdir
