[Fixed] Negative credits using ITCL

seems it aint possible to set negitive credits
using the itcl userfile procs, or is this an overall
bug?

Not an overall bug then. But it doesn't work using itcl 'userfile ascii2bin'.

In example, this is the replaced credits line in a $temp var:
[R] credits -60619 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
And after using userfile ascii2bin "$temp", the user has still:
[R] 200-| Credits: 185MB
