ioftpd bouncer setup 2nd try

hi,
i have setup a bouncer, and now want to configure ioftpd to only accept connections from the bouncerip and port.
How do i do this ?

my config,

ioftpd 5.8.2 with ssl
no eggdrop, bot, irc, ident or something

Can I do this through the hosts.rules ?
I've added unter accept the ip, but I stil can connect with an other IP. So how can I block all other IP's ?
And how can I reduce the accept IP to one port ?

May I ask why you are still using version 5.8.2 ? and also why you haven't updated your board profile while you're obviously using a registered version (unregistered ones do not support SSL) ?
