Is that possible? speedlimit

Hi all,i have a question about the speedlimit for each user.
I will give one user 100 kbs but how can i give him example 4 accounts with speedlimit 100 but if he opens the 4 accounts he can get only 100 kbs in total (25 kbs account).
I mean the only way is create a group for each user with a group speed limit.If there is another solution please help me with this,if there is no other solution how can i set up a group speed limit (in raiden it was possible).

Give him 1 account with 4 logins.
Not sure if the user speed limit is per thread or total, but experiment and you'll soon find out
