Default Speed Problems with Windows 2003 Server

moin,

after installation of windows 2003 standart server i had damn low speed for about 1mb/s up & down on 100mbit link then i've made reg patch..

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

now i got real 100mbit in speed but my out speed still suckt..
with 1mb/s.. i used winxp before and no speed problems someone knows how to fix.. that..
