it's my guess this type of feature will be implemented later on in the beta. adding it now would only slow dev. of more important things and create more trouble. So I guess just wait and it will probably be added?

Imo hammering should be prevented at kernel level (Firewall). It's yet to be decided wheter I will implement some kind of built-in 'protection'. (it's possible to write OnLogin script that does this)
