Regarding "site search" with nxTools v1.2.0

Site search only work after uploaded new stuff after installing nxtools. I guess it put the info in some xfer.log or something.

Is it possible to update nxtools db for allready existing dirs after installing it for first time.. ?

I´ll give an example.
Let say i have 100 dirs with total 1tb before installing nxtools script.
Is there a way to update them to nxtools so they show up when do "site search" ?
