upload error: says uplod is 100% then time left goes to ???? and hangs for several seconds to several minutes.

start upload and then when it says 100% complete, avg wait to end might to 3s to 28 min. never completes - time left goes to ???
might time out and might not.. just started. tested 2 times. same file, 1.23 GB to same site.
